“ I've eaten at restaurants across the country, and Los Panchos was the best Mexican restaurant I've eaten at in years. We came on Sunday, 2/19/23, at 3 pm CST, so whoever cooked for us killed it. The shrimp chimichanga was rich, full, and bursting with flavor. It was stuffed with delicious fresh, succulent shrimp, peppers, onions, garlic, and much more! The shredded chicken taco salad was flavorful and huge; however, the homemade salsa was to die for! The salsa was seasoned perfectly with parsley, garlic, and salt (so many forget the salt!). The shredded chicken chimichanga was great, too, but nothing compared to the shrimp chimichanga. If you are on the west bank, do yourself a favor and come to Los Panchos! ”
